Planet Move

With a planet move you relocate a planet to a new position – together with its buildings, fleet and asteroid.

With a planet move, your planet moves to a free position – with all its buildings, resources, ships, defenses, construction orders and its asteroid. It takes on the temperature of the new position, though. This changes, for example, your Spice production and the energy of your solar cells.

Where to get a planet move

  • New starting planet: during the first two weeks after registering, you can move your starting planet once for free.
  • Jackpot of the Interdimensional Transmitter: a planet move without an expiry date. The chance of winning it grows with every activation by any player and starts over after each jackpot.
  • Promotions, packages and events: these planet moves can have an expiry date. Some place the planet at a random position.
  • Raid colonies can be moved with any of these planet moves, just like any other planet. In addition, they can be warped within their galaxy with the matching Synth node (Synth network).

You can see which planet moves you own and until when they are valid in the settings. If a planet can be moved, you can select "move planet to this position" directly on a free slot in the galaxy (Galaxy map).

Requirements

Select the planet, not its asteroid. No fleet may be on its way from this planet, and no attack or other foreign flight may be heading for it – incoming transports, escape flights, recycling, colonization and event flights do not matter. An alliance attack on your asteroid also prevents the move. The target position must be free and visible. Planets in event galaxies cannot be moved.

Restrictions after a move

To prevent planet moves from being used for surprise attacks, restrictions apply to the moved planet afterwards. You are shown the exact overview before every move and have to confirm it:

  • Blocked for 7 days: attacks, alliance attacks, recycling and particle cannon against active players, colonization, and the Galaxy scanner.
  • Blocked for 12 hours: outgoing transports and teleports, stationing, as well as attacks, recycling and particle cannon against inactive players.
  • Still allowed: espionage, escape flights, event flights and incoming transports and teleports.

In turn, nobody can attack your moved planet during the first 12 hours.
