Christmas

In December, SpaceInvasion is all about Christmas. The Christmas event typically runs from early December into January. The team announces the details every year.

Collecting gifts

The event currency is colored gifts: green, blue, yellow and red. You get them, for example, from the daily login, the collector robot, recycling and Santa flights with spy probes (Spy probe) to marked planets in the Galaxy map. In the event shop you trade the gifts for bonuses such as multi-production, building and research time reductions, assistants, the inactive farmer, a fleet building bonus or faster flights.

All the gifts you collect also count towards a gift counter. Collect enough gifts in total and you receive a planet move (see Planet Move). The event page shows how many you need.

Advent calendar

From December 1 to 24 you open one door per day in the command center. Opened on the right day, a door gives you the full reward – such as free Interdimensional Transmitter spins, multi-production, war emblems, Synth energy or Synth fragments, plus gifts and resources. You can catch up on missed doors, but then they only give a small resource package.

Santa gifts

Santa gifts are surprise packages that you send to a friend or to "Santa's children". The recipient can accept or decline a gift, and as long as it has not been accepted, you can take it back. What is inside is revealed when the gift is opened.
