Synth points
Synth points decide how many nodes you can activate. Up to 80 points from five sources – here's how to get them all.
Every node in the network costs one Synth point. The points bubble in the Synth network shows how many you currently have, broken down by source. At the moment, up to 80 points are possible in total.
The five sources
Premium – up to 12 points
Each active assistant gives one point, and each active Assistant+ superpower gives another. The Construction Commander, Engineer, Merchant, Spy Assistant, Escape Flight Assistant and Alien Admiral count – once as a normal assistant and once as Assistant+, for a maximum of 12 points. In the “Upgrades” tab you can run free slots as “Synth Powered” for 30 days at 1,000,000 Synth energy each. With VIP 14 all assistants count automatically, and with VIP 15 all superpowers as well – that's all 12 points (Assistants, VIP Program).
Vacation mode – 3 points
You get 3 points as long as you are not in vacation mode and haven't left it within the last 7 days. After a vacation, these points only come back a week later (Vacation Mode).
Harassment attacks – up to 5 points
You start with 5 points here. If you attack players whose Spice value is far below yours, the game counts it as a harassment attack and tells you so when you launch it (shown as a “virulent attack”). Each recent harassment attack costs you one of these points. They come back once the penalty has expired.
Quantum Array – up to 30 points
Each level of your highest Quantum Array gives one point, up to level 30. Only your highest Quantum Array counts, not the total across all planets. More Quantum Arrays and levels beyond 30 still pay off, because they allow stronger Synth Formers and AI-Cores (Synth energy, Former & AI-Core).
Synth upgrade – up to 30 points
In the “Upgrades” tab you buy up to 30 upgrade tiers with Synth energy – each one gives a permanent point. The first tier costs 10,000 Synth energy and every further tier 50 % more. The game shows you each price. The final tier alone costs over a billion.
When you lose points
If an assistant expires or you go on vacation, your point total drops. Your most recently placed nodes then switch off automatically. They stay saved, though, and switch back on immediately once you have the points again. That's why you should place the nodes that matter most to you first.
