The Turboflak has more than six times the attack of a mortar per installation and can also take six times as much damage. For this you need Energy technology level 6 and a higher weapons factory.

Background

The Turboflak has a much higher rate of fire thanks to is unique rotational movements, making it the fastest firing weapon in the galaxy. It is also well known for its ability to hit targets.
