Laser cannon battery

Strong in attack and shield: the laser cannon battery is the most balanced heavy gun.

The laser cannon battery combines 1,000 attack with 400 shield and a thick hull. That makes it the most well-rounded heavy gun below the Solar cannon.

+ High firepower – it also helps against ships with strong shields.
+ A strong shield and plenty of hull.
+ Lots of attack for its price – only the Interval cannon does better here.
– Much more expensive than the mid-range installations.

Background

The laser cannon battery is one of the best defense installations ever built. It is very well armored and also has quite an impressive firepower with a relatively high rate of fire. It is particularly effective against ships with strong shields.
