Colony ship

The colony ship lets you settle free planets. Send it with the Colonize mission to an empty position in the galaxy – when it arrives, your new colony is founded there. You need one colony ship for every colony.

How many planets you may own depends on the universe. The shop upgrades can unlock additional slots. If you have reached your limit or the position is already taken, the ship simply returns home.

Tips

• The colony ship is very slow. Look for targets nearby or plan for long flight times.
• The position in the solar system affects a planet's temperature and typical size – read more under Planets.
• Cold planets produce more spice, while hot planets are ideal for Solar cells.
