Settings

You open the settings via the menu. They are divided into several areas – here is an overview of what you can find where.

Player and account

• Avatar, profile text, title, flag and language: how you appear in the ranking and in your profile. This is also where you change the game language.
• Time zone and page refresh: so that all times are correct for you. If you like, the page no longer reloads automatically when a countdown runs out.
• Privacy: you decide whether the team may read your private and alliance messages or your chat messages if a rule violation is suspected. Without this consent you cannot use the message system or the chat – but you can still play the rest of the game in full.

Planets

Here you rename planets, change their order in the planet selection and delete colonies you no longer need. As long as your starting planet is your only planet, you cannot delete it. Planets with running construction orders or fleet movements cannot be deleted either. Your planet moves can also be found here (Planet Move).

Being away

• Vacation Mode: a break of 2 to 60 days during which nobody can launch new attacks on you.
• Sitting (Supervision): another player looks after your account for up to 24 hours.
• Spectral Mode: keep playing in a limited way without fighting – not available in every universe.

Appearance and controls

Under "Style & Functionality" you choose the color skin, custom colors, font size and animations for the new design, how the galaxy map is displayed (for example 2D, 3D or as a list, in a popup or in its own tab), planet and asteroid skins, and "Retro Feeling" with the classic graphics.

Streaming mode hides sensitive information such as coordinates, online status or arrival times while you stream, and optionally your resources too. You can see the hidden information in the separate Stream Deck, which you can move to a second screen. Even so, you should not show big attacks or escape flights live.

Other areas

• IP match: if several people play over the same internet connection, you have to register here – anyone who fails to do so risks a ban. Attacks, transports and joint alliance attacks between registered players are blocked.
• Bonus code: redeem codes from promotions and giveaways.
• Tools: the connection to the SI Tool Suite on your computer. It is only established once you activate it – use it only on your private computer.
• Tutorial: here you can end the tutorial – but then you give up the remaining rewards.
