Battleship

The battleship is the first ship with a warp engine. Its attack and shield are equally high, and for its price it has the strongest shield of all combat ships. On top of that, it costs no spice to build.

Strengths and weaknesses

• + No spice in the building costs – ideal when spice is scarce.
• + Strong shield and high speed thanks to its warp engine.
• – Needs a lot of kryptonite.
• – Burns much more spice per flight than the Phoenix.

Battleships are the backbone of many fleets in the mid and late game. They can take a lot, are fast enough for long-range attacks and work well with the other warp ships (Stealth bomber, Destroyer).
